IMPORTANT NOTICE — AI-ASSISTED WELLNESS SERVICE
Sabai Health is an AI-assisted health and wellness information service. It is not a licensed medical provider, hospital, clinic, or substitute for professional medical care. Information and guidance provided through the Service is for general wellness and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional for any medical condition, symptom, or before making any health-related decision.
The Service is intended for personal wellness use only. Any queries relating to medical and health matters must be limited to yourself and persons under your legal care and responsibility. Sabai Health does not accept queries on behalf of third parties outside your legal care.
Who Issues These Terms
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (together, this "Policy") are issued by SabaiHealth Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, which is the default contracting entity for all users of the Service regardless of where they access it.
Where a locally-incorporated Sabai Health entity exists in your country of residence, that entity also acts as a data controller in respect of your personal data in that jurisdiction. Jurisdiction-specific details are set out in Part C of this Policy. In all cases, SabaiHealth Pte. Ltd. remains the primary contracting entity and data controller for the Service.
1The Service
Sabai Health provides an AI-assisted health and wellness information platform delivered primarily via messaging channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, and other channels (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Sabai Health.
2Who May Use the Service
The Service is intended exclusively for individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence or the country from which they access the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are unsure of the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, please confirm with your local laws and regulatory requirements.
If at any point Sabai Health has reason to believe that a user does not meet the applicable age requirement, we reserve the right to suspend access and delete any data collected, subject to any mandatory minimum retention periods required by applicable law, after which all such data will be permanently deleted.
3Nature of the Service
The Service provides AI-assisted general wellness information, health education, and lifestyle guidance only. The Service does not:
- Constitute the practice of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or any other regulated healthcare profession
- Create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional healthcare relationship
- Provide diagnosis, prognosis, clinical assessment, or treatment recommendations for any medical condition
- Replace consultation with a qualified, licensed healthcare professional
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Please refer to Part C for localised emergency contact information for selected jurisdictions.
The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated processing to assist with health and wellness information. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your individual circumstances
- The Service does not replace professional medical judgement, clinical assessment, or personalised medical advice from a licensed practitioner
- Sabai Health does not guarantee any particular health outcome resulting from use of the Service
- In any medical emergency, do not rely on the Service — contact your local emergency services immediately
4Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful personal wellness purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to seek medical advice on behalf of a third party who is not under your legal care
- Attempt to obtain clinical diagnoses or treatment prescriptions
- Share false, misleading, or fabricated health information through the Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service or its underlying technology
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law or these terms
5Intellectual Property
All content, software, AI models, trademarks, and materials forming part of the Service are owned by or licensed to Sabai Health. Nothing in this Policy grants you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.
6Disclaimer of Medical Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabai Health shall not be liable for any health outcome, medical decision, or consequential harm arising from your use of or reliance on information provided by the Service. You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical care.
7Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless otherwise required by the applicable law of your country of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. Where not resolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation or, if unresolved, to arbitration or the courts of Singapore, subject to any mandatory local legal provisions that cannot be excluded.
8Changes to These Terms
Sabai Health may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we may notify you via your messaging channel. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
