1About Sabai and the Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the Sabai health and wellness coaching service across all channels including WhatsApp, LINE, and Telegram. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Sabai is an AI-powered personal health and wellness coaching service operated by SabaiHealth (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Thai: บริษัท สบายเฮลท์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด), incorporated in Thailand with company registration number 0105569085717. The service is delivered via messaging channels including WhatsApp, LINE, and Telegram.
Sabai provides personalised wellness guidance, health and lifestyle tracking, and conversational coaching powered by artificial intelligence. The service supports your general health and well-being. Sabai is not a medical or clinical service and does not constitute the practice of medicine.
By sending your first message and completing onboarding consent — including providing your date of birth as your affirmative agreement to these terms — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy in Part B. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Not an Emergency Service: Sabai is not an emergency service. For medical emergencies in Thailand, call 1669 immediately. Do not use Sabai in life-threatening or urgent clinical situations.
2Eligibility & Age Requirement
The Sabai service is available exclusively to persons who are 20 years of age or older, in line with the age of majority under Thai law (Civil and Commercial Code). By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
As part of onboarding, you are required to provide your date of birth. Your provision of your date of birth constitutes your affirmative agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and confirms your age eligibility. Accounts found to belong to persons under 20 will be immediately suspended and all associated data permanently deleted.
Wellness coaching through Sabai is intended solely for your own personal use and for persons under your direct legal care (such as minor children or dependents for whom you hold parental or legal responsibility). You must not apply or relay Sabai outputs as wellness or medical advice to any other third parties.
Where you seek guidance on behalf of a person under your legal care, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf and accept full responsibility for their use of the service.
3Medical Disclaimer
Important Health Notice: Sabai does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, coaching responses, and wellness recommendations are for general informational and wellness support purposes only and do not substitute for professional medical advice or clinical treatment from a qualified licensed healthcare provider.
Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, pharmacist, or other licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, prescribed medication, or treatment plan. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice as a result of information received through Sabai.
Sabai is not a licensed healthcare provider. Using the service does not create a doctor-patient, nurse-patient, or any other healthcare provider relationship between you and Sabai or its personnel.
If you experience symptoms you believe are serious, deteriorating, or life-threatening, discontinue using Sabai and contact emergency medical services immediately. Sabai does not connect users to emergency responders and will not contact emergency services on your behalf under any circumstances.
Individual results from wellness coaching vary. Sabai makes no representations that following any guidance provided through the service will result in any specific health outcome.
4Your Responsibilities
By using Sabai, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during onboarding and throughout all interactions
- Keep your contact details and health information reasonably current
- Use the service only for lawful personal wellness purposes
- Not misrepresent your identity, age, or health status
- Not use Sabai to seek a clinical diagnosis, prescription, or formal medical treatment
- Not share your account access or onboarding verification with any other person
- Not use the service in any manner that is abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI systems, workflows, or data models
You are solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on information from Sabai. Sabai accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from your reliance on service outputs.
5AI-Generated Content
Sabai's coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs have not been individually reviewed by a licensed healthcare professional prior to delivery
- AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your personal situation
- AI models may not reflect the most current medical guidelines or clinical research
- All AI content should be treated as general informational input, not as clinical direction
If Sabai identifies a potential health concern or makes a wellness recommendation, treat this as general educational information to discuss with a qualified healthcare professional before acting. Sabai may, subject to your separate consent, integrate with third-party health tracking platforms such as Google Fit. Sabai does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of data from such third-party sources.
6Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, workflows, AI models, branding, and materials provided through Sabai are the intellectual property of SabaiHealth (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or its licensors, protected under Thai and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse-engineering, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the service may be used by Sabai without obligation or compensation to you.
7Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, SabaiHealth (Thailand) Co., Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
SabaiHealth (Thailand) Co., Ltd., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the service
- Reliance on AI-generated wellness guidance or coaching responses
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in service outputs
- Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the service
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your personal data
- Any health or wellness outcome from use of the service
Nothing herein limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory Thai consumer protection law, including for death or personal injury caused by Sabai's negligence or fraud.
8Termination & Suspension
You may stop using Sabai at any time. To withdraw consent and close your account, send the keyword REVOKE via your messaging channel or email dpo@sabaihealth.com. Access will be suspended immediately upon revocation; your data rights under Part B will then apply.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by applicable law, or if continued service provision is no longer feasible. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Sections 3, 6, 7, and 9 of these Terms survive any termination of your use of the service.
9Governing Law & Amendments
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes — including new processing purposes, new data categories, or changes materially affecting your rights — we may notify you via your messaging channel. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

| Category | Data Collected |
|---|
| Identity & Contact | Name, phone number, messaging platform identifier |
| Age Verification | Date of birth, age verification outcome |
| Health & Wellness Data (Sensitive) | Health history, symptoms, wellness information shared in conversations |

| Service Interactions | Coaching conversation history, request logs, command interactions (REVOKE, MYDATA, DELETE) |
Sensitive Data Classification: Health and wellness data is classified as sensitive personal data under Section 26 of the Thai PDPA. It is collected only on the basis of your explicit, separately obtained consent, which may be withdrawn at any time (see Section 16). Pre-Consent Data Handling: When you first contact Sabai, a minimal technical record (your messaging identifier only) is created to initiate the consent process. If you do not complete onboarding, this record is automatically deleted within 6 months. No health data or profile is processed prior to receipt of valid explicit consent.
12How We Use Your Personal Data
We process your personal data solely for the following purposes, disclosed to you at the time of consent:
- Delivering personalised health and wellness coaching — the primary service purpose
- Maintaining coaching continuity — retaining your health context to provide relevant personalised guidance over time
- Service safety, quality, and integrity — monitoring for errors and ensuring coaching quality
- Age verification — confirming you meet the minimum eligibility age of 20 years
- Compliance with legal obligations — maintaining records required under the Thai PDPA and other applicable laws
- Facilitating the exercise of your data subject rights — responding to access, correction, deletion, and portability requests
Your data is not used for marketing, advertising, commercial profiling, or sale to third parties. Should Sabai wish to introduce any new processing purpose, we will notify you and obtain your separate, explicit consent before commencing that processing.
13Disclosure to Third-Party Service Providers
In delivering the Sabai service, your personal data is shared with our engaged third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers, messaging platform operators, and AI technology providers — who process your data strictly on our behalf and under our instructions.
All engaged third-party service providers are contractually bound by Data Processing Agreements that require them to:
- Process your data only for the specific purposes for which they were engaged by Sabai
- Refrain from using your data for their own commercial interests, including AI model training on your personal data
- Implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- Assist Sabai in responding to your data subject rights requests within required timeframes
- Delete or return your data upon termination of the service engagement
A summary of provider categories is available on request to dpo@sabaihealth.com. We do not sell your personal data to any third party, nor share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any entity for unrelated commercial purposes. We may disclose your personal data to government authorities or law enforcement where required by valid Thai legal process, court order, or applicable law.
14Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of our engaged service providers operate infrastructure outside the Kingdom of Thailand. Where your personal data is transferred to a country that may not offer equivalent data protection standards to Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Thai PDPA. We rely on contractual safeguards — including data processing agreements with purpose-limitation, security, and data subject rights obligations — to protect your data during and after transfer.
For further information about cross-border transfer safeguards, contact our DPO at dpo@sabaihealth.com.
15Data Retention Periods
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, consistent with the data minimisation principles of the Thai PDPA.
| Data Category | Retention Period |
|---|
| Pre-consent metadata (messaging identifier only) | Up to 6 months from first contact; automatically purged if onboarding is not completed |
| Active user profile, health data, and conversations | Duration of active account use |
| Inactive user data | Up to 3 years from date of last interaction; then automatically deleted |
| All other personal data categories | Retained for the duration of active account use, then up to 3 years from last interaction unless earlier deletion is requested |
Upon deletion, data is removed from primary databases and active systems. Data in automated backup snapshots may persist until the backup cycle expires, then is permanently purged. This is documented in our internal records. Early deletion may be requested at any time under Section 16.
16Your Rights Under the Thai PDPA
As a data subject under the Thai PDPA B.E. 2562, you have the following rights, exercisable at any time:
| Right | Description & How to Exercise |
|---|
| Withdraw Consent | Withdraw your consent at any time. As all processing is consent-based and necessary for service delivery, withdrawal will suspend your account. Does not affect lawfulness of prior processing. Reply REVOKE or email DPO. |
| Access & Copy | Request confirmation of processing and receive a copy of personal data we hold about you. Reply MYDATA or email DPO. |
| Data Portability | Receive your data in a structured machine-readable format (JSON) for transfer to another service. Email DPO. |
| Right to Object | Object to certain processing activities including future use for research, analytics, or profiling. Email DPO. |
| Erasure / Deletion | Request deletion, destruction, or anonymisation of personal data no longer necessary for its stated purpose or upon consent withdrawal. Reply DELETE or email DPO. |
| Restriction of Processing | Request suspension of processing while a data accuracy dispute or objection is under review. Email DPO. |
| Rectification | Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading personal data. Email DPO. |
| File a Complaint (Section 73, Thai PDPA) | Lodge a complaint with the Office of the PDPC if you believe your rights have not been respected. pdpc.or.th. |
Response Timeline: All rights requests will be acknowledged and resolved within a reasonable timeframe. While the Thai PDPA does not mandate a fixed response deadline for all rights types beyond the requirement to act 'without undue delay', Sabai aims to respond to most requests within 30 days. Requests involving significant complexity or volume may take longer, in which case we will notify you of the expected timeline. Where a request cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you of the reason in writing. All requests, responses, and outcomes are logged for accountability.
17Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS) and encrypted storage at rest
- Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) network isolation and role-based AWS IAM access controls
- Strict separation between development and production environments
- Regular access reviews ensuring only authorised personnel may access personal data
- Contractual security obligations imposed on all engaged third-party service providers
No data system can be guaranteed 100% secure. In the event of a personal data breach presenting high risk to individuals, we will notify you and the PDPC in accordance with the PDPA. You are responsible for securing your own messaging account and device. We recommend using up-to-date software and not sharing your messaging credentials with others.
18Updates to This Policy
We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
For material changes — including new processing purposes, new data categories, or changes materially affecting your rights — we may notify you via your messaging channel.
For minor administrative or clarificatory changes, continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. We recommend checking this page periodically.
